Yes, COD is available for orders below INR 2999
on all serviceable pincodes.
To return or exchange an order, please follow the below given steps.
- Visit the "place your return / exchange request" section on the website/app or click here to initiate a return/exchange request for your order.
- Provide the required details as prompted.
- Follow the instructions and select the item(s) for return/exchange.
Please note:
Return/exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of the delivery date. Our
courier partner will conduct a reverse pickup within 1-2 working days. Once we
receive the products, we will contact you to confirm the request. Additionally,
all returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their
original packaging with tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.
No, there is no additional charge for returns.
Orders take 3-7 working days to reach all metros and tier 1 cities, though some pin codes may require additional time.
You will receive confirmation of your placed order on your registered email id and phone number. Additionally, we will notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse.

For return or exchange, please visit the return section on our website or click here. Ensure the product is in its
original packaging (including tags) and hand it over to our courier man. Once
received, we will verify and issue a refund to the same account used for
payment. Please note that a handling fee may apply for returns.
Additionally, orders placed during any sale, including free products received during promotional events/offers, are
not eligible for return/exchange.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of
delivery and email a photograph of the damaged or defective product to support@tahvoindia.com. Failure to report promptly may result in the return request not being processed.

Return requests must be raised within 2 days of the delivery date.
For return or exchange, the reverse pickup will be scheduled within 2-3 days of
placing the request. After the product arrives at our warehouse, undergoes a
quality check, and is approved, we will initiate the refund or exchange within
24 hours. Once dispatched, it will take 5-7 working days for the item to reach
you.
It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse after the reverse pickup is done, after which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the exchange request will be initiated within 24 hours.
For prepaid orders, the mode of refund depends on the original mode of payment. The amount will be credited to your
account within 7-10 working days. If not, please get in touch with your respective bank.
Please note that if any promotional/coupon
code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store
credit. For non-promotional purchases, the full amount will be credited to the
bank account.
